I had the chance to be in a Villa, a room and also a sea view room in the Movenpick residence. All of them are excellent. Breakfast is very good with a large variety of everything from East to West. Service is excelent with shuttle running all day long between the entrance and the buildings or the villas. The overall design is very nice with wood, marble and soft lights, not flashy like the resorts in the north of the island... Specifically the Lang Chai restaurant on the resort grounds is perfect to experience authentic Vietnamese meals that is equivocal in pricing to in town without the hassle of the drive in by taxi. The food is extremely flavourful and the server’s suggestions chi Quynh are spot on! As someone with food restrictions they were also happy to accommodate and made me feel safe the way the food was prepared. The second restaurant in the main building has a plethora of selection for western and food from other regions. That is where they serve breakfast that is never ending! From fresh hot Vietnamese soups, to a pastry station, to fresh fruit, and freshly prepared eggs, they have it all! We stayed in the beachfront villa which had a mind blowing view of the private beachfront and was equipped with a private pool and outdoor lounging area. The view also faced the most beautiful sunsets! We were also supported by a Villa Rep chi Tran who answered all our questions quickly through Zalo and helped organize anything we needed - renting volleyballs, going to beach yoga, or booking spa/mani pedis appointments. The place had a fully equipped kitchen making it easy to store our own beverages, snacks, and cook simple meals. The place was also spotless which is a huge criteria for us! Each room had its own bathroom and thermostat that was simply luxurious! We will definitely come back and stay here! It’s paradise!! It’s the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed in! The staff is next level - all of them, from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant to kids area, spa and everyone else. The “chocolate hour” and complimentary bowl of fruit are really nice touches to the overall experience. The food is superb, huge selection at breakfast and more than decent and tasty alla carte menu. The spa massage and facial were so good and relaxing, miss Vi did a great job! Kids and pool are were very fun! Can’t recommend this resort enough, they really raised the bar sky high! It was my mother’s 50th birthday and Joyce from reception noticed this after seeing her passport, and offered to organise a birthday cake. A lovely gesture! The buffet breakfast is incredible with a wide variety of foods, and attentive staff who are very polite. Martin served our table at breakfast both mornings and he was great! I had a motorbike accident during one of the days which left my leg with a big graze. The resort staff were swift to get me to the resort nurse, who cleaned and re-dressed my wound for me each day. I cannot remember the nurse’s name, but he was extremely careful and gentle and made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend this resort enough!
